1-Year Limited Warranty
Every Leaton product is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all quality-related issues and manufacturing defects.
For confirmed manufacturing defects, we will provide a free replacement at our discretion.
30-Day Free Replacement
Within 30 days of purchase, if you are not satisfied with your product or if the product has any issues, you may request a free replacement. Simply contact our support team with your order details.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Battery failure within the warranty period (normal use)
- Solar panel or hand crank malfunction
- Radio reception issues due to hardware defects
- LED flashlight or lamp failure
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Accidental damage (drops, impacts, submersion beyond IPX3 rating)
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures
- Loss or theft of the product
